There are usually two models:
- Small batch production, followed by sales;
- Pre-order, followed by made-to-order production.
All products are original designs that go through detailed print layout and design planning, often produced by independent studios or in collaboration with trusted factories. These brands do not engage in forced labor or unethical practices. We support creators who are transparent and responsible.
Does the set include pillows or duvets?
Most listings include pillowcases, duvet covers, and fitted sheets, but not inserts. Please check the product description for exact contents.

Are these ready-to-ship or pre-order items?
It depends! Some products are ready to ship, while others are made-to-order or restocked after you order. We’ll notify you of your estimated shipping time within 24 hours after purchase.
Where do you ship from? Will I have to pay customs fees?
All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China. Customs duties are already included in the product price, and we’ll handle the declaration and clearance for you — no extra charges on your side.
How long does shipping take?

Can I return my bedding if I don’t like it?
